The BRN project process

Agree on the goal.
Build the next step.

A useful project begins with your business, your customers, and the tools you already have. Here is how we turn those inputs into a defined website, local SEO, or CRM engagement.

Four stages

Know what happens
before it happens.

Project timing depends on the agreed scope, access, content, and integrations. Your proposal identifies the stages and responsibilities for your work.

01

Review the starting point

We review your current website, the services you want to sell, the customers you serve, and how inquiries reach your team. For search work, we also review available Search Console and Google Business Profile data.

02

Define the scope

We agree on deliverables, page structure or workflow, required access, dependencies, and how the result will be checked. Software fees, content, support, and ongoing work are identified in the proposal.

03

Build and verify

We build the agreed pages or system, review the copy and customer journey, and check the relevant behavior. Website checks include mobile navigation and contact paths. Integration checks follow a request through to the receiving system.

04

Launch and hand over

We complete the agreed launch steps and handover. Search work uses a starting baseline and subsequent observations; further improvements are prioritized from what the data and customer journey show.

The checks depend on the service

A finished deliverable
has a clear definition.

We match validation to the work being delivered, so a published page is not confused with a ranking result or a live CRM connection.

01 /

Website delivery

Review the agreed pages, links, mobile layouts, metadata, indexability, and contact actions. When replacing an existing site, review useful old URLs and plan relevant redirects.

02 /

Local search delivery

Check business information, service pages, profile changes, sitemap discovery, and available indexing reports. Record what was changed and distinguish search impressions, visits, and profile interactions.

03 /

CRM delivery

Check required fields, record creation, lead ownership, duplicates, error handling, and agreed follow-up rules. Receiving a request in the real target system is part of verifying a connection.

A little clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What should I have ready?

Bring your website address, main services, service area, existing tools, and the person who handles inquiries. Access to hosting, the Google profile, or a CRM is requested when needed for the agreed work.

Can we launch in stages?

Yes. A focused first scope can address the most important page, search issue, or workflow before additional work. Each stage needs its own deliverables and acceptance checks.

What happens after launch?

Ongoing changes, content, monitoring, and support are defined in your agreement. Search indexing and visibility develop over time; publishing and requesting indexing do not guarantee a specific ranking.
